Healthy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Paleo)
Ingredients
1/2
cup
pumpkin puree
not the whole can
1
banana
1
cup
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2-3
medjool dates
1/2
tsp
pumpkin spice
1
tsp
pure maple syrup
optional for sweetness.
Instructions
Break apart banana and throw into a blender with all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Taste and add more sweetener if desired. Serve with sprinkled cinnamon or marshmallows (vegan ones
here
) on top! Enjoy.
