Healthy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Paleo)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree not the whole can
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2-3 medjool dates
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup optional for sweetness.

Instructions

  1. Break apart banana and throw into a blender with all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and add more sweetener if desired. Serve with sprinkled cinnamon or marshmallows (vegan ones here) on top! Enjoy.
