Mummy Rice Krispies for Halloween (Healthier, Sugar Free)
These Mummy Rice Krispies are fun to make with kids - drizzled with sugar free white chocolate and topped with eyeballs for a fun and spooky Halloween treat!
Begin by heating up a large pot with butter on low, then add in the marshmallows and stir until melty and smooth.
Promptly remove the pot from the heat and stir in the rice puffs until well combined and completely coated.
Transfer mixture to a deep baking dish lined with wax paper. Evenly spread out and press down using a spatula to avoid sticky fingers. Cool in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to harden.
Top & Decorate The Mummies
Heat up the white chocolate and coconut oil and stir until smooth.
Slice the rice krispies into even rectangles. Drizzle the white chocolate over each rice krispie by using a spoon (or a ziploc bag with a cut corner).
Stick on the eyeballs towards the top to look like a mummy's eyes, before the chocolate hardens. To set quickly, place them back in the fridge and enjoy!
Notes
