Italian sausages (mild or hot)
4-6 sausages

onion

garlic

green pepper

yellow pepper

orange pepper

red pepper

parsley, oregano, basil, and sage
or can also use an
Italian seasoning blend

garlic powder

salt and pepper
Instructions
Wash and chop the peppers and onions, removing seeds, and mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan on medium high heat and cook the sausages, turning frequently for 8-10 minutes or until browned and crispy.
Remove sausages from pan and chop into 1/2" thick pieces.
Add more olive oil to the pan, add the sausage back in, along with the garlic, onions, peppers, and herbs and seasonings.
Cook on medium for another 15-20 minutes until peppers are fork tender. Serve and enjoy!
