Melt the peanut butter slightly in the microwave so it’s easier to mix. In a large bowl combine the melty peanut butter, vanilla protein and sweetener.
Pour into a wax paper lined baking dish or tray (I used an 8×8 dish).
White Chocolate Layer
Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or stovetop in 30 second increments, stirring in between. Then pour on top of the peanut layer and gently spread using a spatula.
Smashmini eggs in a ziplock bag, leaving a variation of different sized pieces. Sprinkle on top of the white chocolate layer.
Freeze for an hour, cut into slices and keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
