Welcome! I’m Michelle, a mother of three beautiful girls, a dog mom, and a writer and creator. I have an extraordinary passion for motherhood, homemaking, and putting my own healthy spin on classic and easy recipes. You can find me interested in the most recent health finds and biohacking, wellness for the entire family and for moms, and every day practicality.
I was brought up in the Greater Toronto Area and now reside in beautiful Northern Ontario Canada, hence the name North South Blonde. Most of what I have learned along the way is implemented in my parenting style.
Here, you’ll find inspiring parenting tips and advice, easy recipes for staying on track, wellness tips, and home inspiration. We also love sharing all things outdoors, activities and sports, holidays and traditions, and even the money making side of being a stay-at-home-mom.
One thing is for sure about me — I love a good laugh, good music, lots of coffee, and online shopping. I’m definitely a firm believer in silliness, positivity, loving where you live and appreciating the simple things in life. Life is beautiful.

I was born and raised in Earlton which your husband will know where it is…have you ever tried the cheese from Thornloe Cheese Factory. Great cheese and they also have grass fed cheese and grass fed butter. Good site b.t.w.
