How To Make Roasted Garlic Butter Mushrooms?
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- Rinse and dry crimini mushrooms in a colander
- Melt butter, and stir in freshly minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper. Drizzle the garlic butter over the mushrooms in a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Layer garlic buttered mushrooms on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Keto Roasted Garlic Butter Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 lb whole mushrooms rinsed, dried (I used "cremini" or "crimini" mushrooms)
- 1/4 cup grass-fed unsalted butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh thyme optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse and dry mushrooms.
- Make garlic butter sauce by melting butter and then stirring in minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle garlic butter over mushrooms in a large mixing bowl. Toss well to combine.
- Layer coated mushrooms evenly on a baking sheet. Sprinkle fresh thyme on top. Drizzle any leftover garlic butter from the bottom of the bowl on top of the mushrooms. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.
